Yep, that’s right, with our own homemade recipe, the boys HOT smoke fresh Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon in our smoker. This is perfect for pasta’s, salads or simply on a cracker with a drizzle of lemon and cracked pepper.

It doesn't just stop with the Salmon!  When it’s in season, the boys will also smoke locally caught Mackerel, Gem Fish and Ocean Trout as well. This product is truly worth a try just ask one of the girls for a sample… we know you won’t be disappointed.
